Background polling retrieves received documents from TCA.
The extension:
1. Stores the original XML.
2. Parses the document.
3. Matches the supplier TIN to a vendor.
4. Matches the order reference where possible.
5. Stages the document for verification.
6. Creates a draft accounting document only after acceptance.
Malformed XML remains available for investigation or manual entry.
For a supplier invoice, the extension creates a draft purchase invoice or credit memo.
For an inbound self-billed document, the extension treats it as the company’s sale and creates a draft sales document after acceptance.
No created accounting draft is automatically posted.
